Sadly, yes! Numbers are limited, so don't hang about.

A small amount of advertising from carefully chosen doggie brands helps fund each pack, so we can keep it free and reach more puppy parents. Everybody wins - especially the pups.
Who's providing the guidance?
The Puppy Starts guide was created by our independent team of fully qualified vets (MRCVS), each with years of experience helping pups and their parents live better lives.
Am I eligible for a pack even if my dog is older?
Puppies get first dibs (they’re the handfuls!), but older dogs are welcome to apply too - we’ll let you know if we can send a pack your way.
When will I receive my pack?
We ship packs as quickly as possible in our delivery cycle. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when yours is on its way.
Is Puppy Starts a substitute for going to the vet?
Absolutely not. When it comes to health, your vet’s the boss - keep their details close for any concerns.
What if I’m not in when my box is delivered?
No signature needed - your pack should be waiting when you get home. For any delivery questions, drop us a line at hello@puppystarts.com
Is your packaging recyclable?
It sure is! We hope you’ll keep your pack forever, but if not, don’t worry - it’s fully recyclable.
I’m not in the UK. Can I sign up?

During the puppy boom of the early 2020s, the Puppy Starts vet team members were seeing record numbers of new pups in their practices. Things were ... chaotic!
Amidst the mayhem, we noticed a common theme: new puppy parents often felt overwhelmed, lost in a maze of conflicting information online. We knew there had to be a better way to help them navigate those crucial early months with confidence (and without sacrificing their shoes, socks, or sanity).
So we put our heads together, and created the Puppy Starts starter pack. Carefully curated by seasoned vets and dog owners, it has everything you need to make those first months smoother, more enjoyable, and truly memorable.
